What to expect when you see us?

Initial Consultation

Your first visit is an essential part of your health journey. You will be able to discuss all your health concerns with your chiropractor. The same is if you seek help for your pet we will discuss any relevant information of their health journey prior to doing an assessment.

Examination

We’ll perform a complete and comprehensive chiropractic exam (neurological and orthopaedic testing). This helps to assess the function of your body to see if there are any problems you are not aware of yet. Often for animals we will include some gait and posture analysis as well.

X-rays

X-rays provide a clear picture of the state, alignment and health of your spine. In some instances, an x-ray may be needed to determine the best plan of care. If an x-ray is deemed necessary, we can direct you on how to obtain one.

Report of Findings (ROF)

During your second visit to our clinic, we’ll explain your exam results and propose an appropriate care plan. The ROF includes solutions to your problem and ways to prevent future issues. You are welcome to bring a family with you to your ROF. If we meet you at the stables we will go through a similar procedure for your animal.

Ongoing Care

We aim to be prompt for appointments to minimize wait times. On follow up visits we will perform adjustments and other treatments as needed. Questions are always welcome and encouraged as we want to educate you along your health journey.

We do progress exams every 6 to 12 visits to make sure your wellness program stays accurate and custom, focusing on proper spinal alignment for overall health of your nervous system and ultimately you. If we treat your animal we will provide advice to do with your animal, but also yourself as we often work in close contact with out animals. This should help strengthen your bond and performance together.
