If you have private health insurance that covers chiropractic care, be sure to make the most of it!
All our chiropractors are registered with major insurance companies and many smaller ones. However, insurance policies and coverage vary widely, so it's important to check whether our services or your entire care plan are covered.
Checking Your Coverage
To determine if your insurance will cover part or all of your chiropractic care, contact your insurance provider before your appointment. Inform them of the chiropractor you wish to see, and they will guide you through the necessary steps and details of your coverage.
We do not offer x-ray services at this moment, but can and often refer to an external clinic for those. It's essential to confirm in advance whether your insurance covers x-rays, examinations, and treatments. The X-rays will be done by a 3rd party, so you must check this with your insurance. We remind patients to verify this information on all intake and x-ray forms, as we cannot be held responsible if you are not reimbursed.

Major Insurance Providers
BUPA (UK Only)
Prior to starting treatment at ChiroVibe, call BUPA to obtain an authorisation code. This code usually covers a fixed (specific) number of sessions, which we will bill directly to BUPA at £65 for the first visit and £50 for follow-ups.
We handle the billing but cannot provide detailed information about BUPA's policies. For specific details, you need to contact BUPA directly.
Although BUPA may issue a code for a certain number of sessions, this does not guarantee they will cover all those sessions or all sessions outlined in your proposed care plan. Verify this with BUPA to avoid unexpected costs. Be aware of any excesses in your policy, as this could save you money by continuing privately.
When available at our clinic or referred clinic: For diagnostic x-rays, payment is required at the time of service. We or the referred clinic can provide an invoice for you to submit for reimbursement, but coverage depends on your policy, so confirm this with BUPA beforehand to avoid surprises. In line with our terms and conditions, we are unable to provide refunds for any services BUPA does not cover.

Before starting treatment at ChiroVibe, call AXA to obtain an authorisation code. This code usually covers a fixed (specific) number of sessions, which we will bill directly to AXA at £50 for the first visit and £40 for follow-ups.
We handle the billing but cannot provide detailed information about your AXA’s policies. For specific details, you need to contact AXA directly and they will help you.
Although AXA may issue a code for a certain number of sessions, this does not guarantee they will cover all those sessions or all sessions outlined in your proposed care plan. Verify this with AXA to avoid unexpected costs. Be aware of any excesses in your policy, as this could save you money by continuing privately. Also check the renewal date to maximise your policy usage through them.
