Chiropractic for other species and exotic animals
If it has a spine it can be adjusted and it’s nervous system can be stimulated. There are many animals that Dr Michael has seen in the past from Llamas to sheep, Guinea pigs to birds.
Some of them were pets, others farm animals or in a Zoo and had some trauma or accident and were cleared by the vet to be checked by a chiropractor.

Benefits of chiropractic for animals
Treatment using veterinary chiropractic techniques can go a long way in alleviating, preventing and treating problems. Most farmers, animal handlers, zoo keepers, vets and breeders reported the following after their animals were treated with chiropractic care:
They are more aware of their body in space
An increase in muscle elasticity
Seeing the animal stretching more and using its full range of motion
Improved coordination
Relaxation and a decrease in stress levels
Relief from discomfort
Increased rate of healing
Quicker recovery from injuries
